The Client

Tarsus On Demand is one of our regular clients, and one of the leading cloud distributors in South Africa. We have worked alongside them to promote the Microsoft cloud stack, market their solutions marketplace, and assist in encouraging their partners to sell the cloud through a number of campaigns. The Teams Voice campaign we built for them is just one of the impactful projects we have run for them.

The Challenge

Tarsus On Demand wanted to bring the existence of Teams Voice to their partners’ attention. Teams Voice adds the ability to make/receive landline and cell calls to any number in the world from inside Microsoft Teams, and could deliver value by reducing phone bills and saving companies money. It also improved productivity as workers would no longer need to leave Teams to communicate with colleagues and clients.

The Solution

We put together a campaign that leveraged mailers, an “a day in the life” infographic, smart social ads, and a professional-looking video with a catchy message to convince Tarsus On Demand’s partner base to add Teams Voice to their existing client offerings. The campaign far exceeded expectations: we received feedback that it ‘shot the lights out’, reaching the desired lead target in week two of its six-week run.
