Bolt is a heavyweight player in the ride-on-demand market with over 35 000 drivers operating on the Bolt platform daily.
With such a large number of drivers operating under the Bolt brand, there was plenty of space for miscommunication between the head office and the drivers. To resolve this, they wanted to communicate with their drivers in a very visually-driven way, with a quick turnaround time.
Luckily for them, we were there to help. We developed a quick but beautiful set of decks in the Bolt CI, which allows them to send urgent comms, or regular updates, to their South African driver base of over 35 000 people. To date, we have created 34 sets of communication decks for Bolt.
